Nazareth College Athletics

Clinical Laboratory Sciences major... son of William and Mary Draper, Rome, N.Y... returning for his fourth season, Draper was the Empire 8 Conference champion in the 1,650 freestyle in 2018 with a time of 16:25.48, just missing the school record by .02 of a second... helped Nazareth to a school record in the 800 free relay (6:58.96) and a second-place finish at the E8 meet... also placed second in the 400 IM (4:09.36) and third in the 500 freestyle (4:42.76).

2016-17: Draper continued to swim well for the Golden Flyers in 2016-17 as he was part of a school record in the 800 free relay (7:02.37) that finished third at the UNYSCSA/Empire 8 Conference meet... also finished eighth in the 1,650 freestyle (16:44.09) and 11th in the 400 IM (4:17.33).

2015-16: Draper swam well for the Golden Flyers in 2015-16, highlighted by an eighth-place finish in the 1,650 freestyle (16:39.00) at the UNYSCSA/Empire 8 Conference meet at Ithaca... also placed 13th in the 200 butterfly (2:01.91) and 15th in the 500 free (4:48.93)... set pool and school records in the 800-meter freestyle (8:41.44) against Utica on 1/23/16.

Scholastic: a graduate of Rome Free Academy, Draper was a member of the cross country team there... recipient of Scholar-Athlete award... also swam for the Clinton Cuda Swim Club.
