Nazareth graduate Adrienne Jester is now in her ninth year as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Golden Flyers' 23-team program. She also serves as the Golden Flyers' Senior Woman Administrator and Assistant Athletic Director.

Jester graduated from Nazareth in 1987 with a degree in Accounting. After working as an auditor and as an accounting manager, Jester returned to school and earned a degree in Athletic Training from SUNY Brockport. She joined the staff at RIT as assistant athletic trainer in 1995 and then moved on to Nazareth in 2001.

At Nazareth, Jester serves as the primary certified athletic trainer for women's soccer and softball and secondary for men's and women's tennis, men's volleyball, men's and women's cross country and men's and women's track and field.

As an undergraduate at Nazareth, Jester played soccer and softball. She also served as an assistant softball coach from 1987 through 1991.

Katie Manciocchi, former athletic trainer at University Sports Medicine, was named assistant athletic trainer at Nazareth in August of 2009.

A native of Webster, Manciocchi is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and holds a Master's degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts.

At Nazareth Manciocchi works as the primary certified athletic trainer for women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball and women's lacrosse. She has secondary responsibilities for men's volleyball, men's and women's tennis and men's and women's cross country and track and field. She also serves as Nutrition Coordinator as well as CPR and First Aid Coordinator.

In addition to her experience at University Sports Medicine, Manciocchi has had athletic training stints at Stonehill College, Durfee High School and Bridgewater State. She also has worked at the Hoop Mountain Basketball Camps in Easton, Mass. and as a personal trainer at the Webster YMCA.

As a student-athlete at St. Bonaventure, Manciocchi competed on the diving team and was team captain and team MVP as a senior. She also placed first on the 3-meter board and third on the 1-meter at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships in 2002.

Manciocchi resides in Greece with her husband Jamie and daughter Kayden.

Dr. Ilya Voloshin

Team Physician

Dr. Ilya Voloshin, board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, serves as the Golden Flyers' team physician. Dr. Voloshin is a member of University Sports Medicine and is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics and Director of URMC Shoulder and Elbow Services.

Dr. Voloshin is an expert in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow and knee joints. He earned his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School and completed his orthopaedics residency at University of Rochester Medical Center Orthopaedics.

Dr. Voloshin received his fellowship training in shoulder, elbow and knee orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine at Columbia University and addition training in elbow surgery from the Mayo Clinic. He has authored numerous medical journal articles on the topics of shoulder, elbow and knee disorders. He also serves as team physician for the Rochester Knighthawks lacrosse team.
