International Business major... born 4/8/96... son of Paul and Nellie Walter, Framingham, Mass... team captain... returning for his fourth season, Walter started 14 of 20 games as a junior ... led the Golden Flyers with 35 goals, including six extra man tallies .. he also had six assists for 41 points ... notched 21 ground balls and two caused turnovers ... had a career-best five goals in a 15-5 win over Hamilton... had six points (4g, 2a) against Elmira and five points (4g, 1a) against Utica... scored three times in Empire 8 Championship game at Stevens.

2016: Walter emerged as a formidable scoring threat in 2016 as he started 17 of 18 games on attack and totaled 31 goals and three assists... had four goals in a 22-4 win over St. John Fisher on 4/2/16... scored three goals each in wins at Elmira on 3/26/16 and at home vs. Alfred on 4/6/16 and vs. Hartwick on 4/16/16... scored go-ahead goal in the fourth quarter of a 17-15 come-from-behind win at Stevens on 4/30/16.

2015: Walter appeared in 11 games in 2015 ... recorded 10 goals and one assist... scored first career goal against Alfred on 3/25/15 ... recorded a career-high four goals against Elmira on 3/28/15... also produced three goals and one assist at Houghton on 4/22/15. 

Scholastic: a graduate of Marian High School, Walter competed in golf, hockey and lacrosse there... a three-time Catholic Central League all-star as an attackman in lacrosse, two times in golf and once in hockey... served as team captain in golf and lacrosse... recipient of Massachusetts High School Hobey Baker Character Award... helped lacrosse team to league titles in 2013 and 2014... recipient of Principal's Recognition Award at graduation.
