Biography
Biology major... born 11/11/95... daughter of Carl and Evonne Williams, Brewerton, N.Y... returning for her third season of track and field, Williams had a personal-best time of 1:03.25 in the 400 at the Empire 8 Indoor Championsips to take eighth place ... also had a personal-best time of 1:23.10 in the 500.
2016: Williams competed during the 2016 outdoor season and ran 1:11.44 for the 400-meter hurdles.
2015: competed during the 2015 indoor season and top times were :28.20 for 200 meters, :45.63 for 300 meters and 1:05.50 for 400 meters... ran 1:11.22 for the 400-meter hurdles during the outdoor season.
Scholastic: a graduate of Paul V. Moore High School in Central Square, Williams competed in cross country, track and lacrosse... helped cross country team to Central New York Counties League title in 2010 and track team in 2014... earned second-team all-league honors in track for 2014... member of National Honor Society.
