Business Management and Economics major... son of Trent and Janet Amond, Jamesville, N.Y... returning for his fourth season, Amond went 4-12 in singles matches and 5-11 in doubles for 2017-18.
2016-17: Amond played mostly fourth singles for the Golden Flyers in 2016-17 and finished with a 3-11 record... also posted a 6-9 overall record in doubles competition.
2015-16: Amond teamed with Scott Trobert to win six doubles matches for the Golden Flyers in 2015-16... earned honorable mention Empire 8 Conference all-star honors for doubles.
Scholastic: a graduate of Manlius Pebble Hill High School, Amond was a member of the tennis and soccer teams... was a two-time second-team Onondaga League all-star in tennis and a second-team selection as a goalkeeper in soccer... helped tennis team to three straight league titles and three straight Section Three titles.
