Physical Therapy major… born 12/31/95… daughter of Dave and Carolee White, Cazenovia, N.Y… returning for her fourth season, White appeared on the mound in 20 games as a junior, going 8-10 with a 3.96 ERA … finished with 78 strikeouts in 109.2 innings pitched … registered seven strikeouts in just five innings of work against Brockport on 3/30/16... also batted .213 (10-for-47).
2015: appeared in 17 games on the mound for a total of 80 innings... finished the season with a 5-8 record and a 3.67 ERA... pitched a three-hit, one run game over seven innings in a win over Wilmington College on 3/10/15... finished with 71 strikeouts on the year... struck out eight batters twice on the season... also had four hits in 23 at-bats with one RBI.
2014: White made 13 appearances on the pitcher's mound for the Golden Flyers in 2014, including 11 as a starter... had a 2-8 record with a 5.37 ERA with a team-high 32 strikeouts in 58.2 innings pitched... first win came at Elmira on 4/17/14 as she pitched 5.2 innings and allowed three hits and no earned runs... also recorded a win against RIT on 5/3/14... had a career-best seven strikeouts against Alfred on 4/19/14... took a tough-luck 1-0 loss against Pitt-Bradford on 3/14/14 after pitching eight innings and allowing just two hits and one unearned run... also had two hits, including a double in 25 at bats.
Scholastic: a graduate of Cazenovia High School, White was a member of the varsity softball team for three seasons, and she received all-Section Three and first-team all-Onondaga League honors in 2013… also earned all-league honorable mention accolades in 2012… was named Cazenovia’s Offensive Player of the Year (2013) and was Player of the Game for April 19th… demonstrated her pitching prowess with a no-hitter on against Oswego… a member of the varsity soccer team, earned the Cazenovia Teacher Recognition Award, was a member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society, and a member of National Honor Society.
