Physical Therapy major… born 2/21/95… daughter of Donald and Jennifer Barry, Fulton, N.Y... returning for her fourth season with the Golden Flyers, Barry started in all 33 games in 2016 … finished second on the team with a .391 batting average … had six doubles, four home runs and 11 RBI … finished second on the team with a .598 slugging percentage … had five hits, including three home runs and four RBI, in a doubleheader sweep of Brockport on 3/30/16... also homered against Utica on 5/3/16.
2015: Barry started all 34 games... finished the season with a .210 batting average with four doubles and two home runs... added nine RBI, including a career-high three against Houghton on 2/25/15.
2014: Barry appeared in eight games in 2014, including five as a starting outfielder... had two hits in 14 at bats for a .143 batting average... had a run batted in vs. Houghton on 4/12/14.
Scholastic: a graduate of John C. Birdlebough High School, Barry competed in soccer, basketball and softball there... helped softball team to Onondaga League titles in 2011 and 2012 as well as Section Three and regional titles in '12... as a center fielder, Barry was named a Section Three scholar-athlete and twice received first-team all-league accolades… received second-team all-league honors while on the soccer team, and earned multiple team honors in softball, soccer, and basketball… named to National Honor Society and was the recipient of Nazareth Presidential Scholarship.
