Nazareth College Athletics

Nursing major... born 4/29/96... daughter of Robert and Jody Holland, Canandaigua, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Holland swam well in 2016-17, highlighted by a sixth-place finish in the 100 breaststroke (1:08.15) at the UNYS/Empire 8 Conference meet at Ithaca... also reached the finals in the 200- and 400-yard medley relays with times of 1:51.67) and 4:07.35 respectively... finished 14th in the 100 butterfly (1:00.36).

2015-16: Holland earned the team's Golden Flyer Award in 2015-16 as the Most Improvd Swimmer after finishing seventh in the 100 breaststroke (1:07.99) at the UNYS/Empire 8 Conference meet at Ithaca... also improved in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:00.50 and went 2:16.93 in the 200 IM... swam in the 200 and 400 medley relays, each of which placed ninth with times of 1:52.95 and 4:09.01 respectively.

2014-15: Holland swam well in 2014-15 by finishing 14th in the 100 breaststroke (1:09.93) and 18th in the 100 butterfly (1:01.16) at the UNYSCSA/Empire 8 Conference meet at Webster Aquatic Center.

Scholastic: a graduate of Canandaigua Academy, Holland swam five varsity seasons there... reached the Section Five finals all five years and twice represented the team at the state meet... helped team to five straight sectional titles... member of the National Honor Society.
