Nazareth College Athletics

Business Administration and Finance major… born 9/4/91… son of Russ and Elizabeth de Herder, Mt. Pleasant, S.C… returning for his fourth season, de Herder played in 13 games for the Golden Flyers in 2014-15 and had one goal and one assist in an 8-4 loss at Neumann in the team's season finale... played for the Golden Flyers' golf team in the fall.

2013-14: de Herder played in six games for the Golden Flyers in 2013-14 and contributed an assist in a 3-2 loss at Elmira on 11/23/13... played for the Golden Flyers' golf team and placed 25th in the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Tournament.

2012-13: played in 21 games and contributed two goals and two assists… first career goal came in a 5-3 loss at Manhattanville on 11/10/12… also scored in a 9-6 win over Western New England on 12/7/12.
 
Before Nazareth: a 2011 graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut, de Herder played four seasons of hockey there… also competed in lacrosse, golf and crew… helped team to New England Large School championship in 2010… split 2011-12 season between the New Jersey Hitmen and the Springfield Pics of the Eastern Junior Hockey League… played in 29 games and had two goals and four assists with 18 penalty minutes… also played five games for the Spingfield Blues of the North American Hockey League… recipient of Nazareth Presidential Academic Scholarship.
