Biography
Occupational Therapy major... born 9/10/94... daughter of Scott and Liz Petosa, Chittenango, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, saw exclusive action at second singles in 2014-15, picking up three wins…teamed up with Jean McCarthy to go 5-2 in second doubles during conference play…earned All-Conference Second Team.
2013-14: competing mostly at fourth singles and third doubles... went 10-9 overall in singles matches with a 6-1 mark in Empire 8 Conference play... had a 14-7 overall record in doubles and combined with Jean McCarthy to go 6-1 in E8 matches... earned second-team E8 all-star honors in singles and honorable mention recognition in doubles.
2012-13: played well in 2012-13, finishing 6-11 overall in signles matches, including 5-1 in Empire 8 matches at fifth singles... earned honorable mention recognition on the E8 Conference all-star team... finished 8-12 in doubles matches.
Scholastic: a graduate of Chittenango High School, Petosa competed in tennis, volleyball and lacrosse there... played five seasons of tennis and was a five-time Onondaga League all-star... helped team to five straight league titles... recipient of Dollars for Scholars Award and Sage Scholarship... also received character sportsmanship award and Senior Varsity C Award.
