Physical Therapy major. . . born 6/26/92... daughter of Cletus and Nancy Tepas, Orchard Park, N.Y... back for her fourth season, Tepas has been a dominating player for the Golden Flyers as she earned Empire 8 Conference all-star honors in both singles and doubles for the third year in a row... went 13-10 overall at first singles with a 6-1 mark in conference play... went unbeaten in conference doubles matches at 7-0, teaming with Alex Vizgaitis... finished 17-8 overall at first doubles... named E8 Player of the Week for 10/8/12...
2011-12: enjoyed a strong sophomore season as she finished 18-7 overall in singles matches, including 8-0 in Empire 8 Conference competition… earned first-team E8 all-star honors in singles… teamed with Alex Vizgaitis to make first-team all-conference in doubles after delivering a 17-7 overall record with a 6-2 mark in the E8…
2010-11: Tepas was the Golden Flyers' top singles player... received first-team Empire 8 all-conference honors in singles and second-team all-conference accolades in doubles after compiling 6-2 records in singles and doubles matches against Empire 8 opponents... finished with a 12-14 overall mark in singles matches, including an 8-9 record at first singles... in doubles matches, Tepas teamed with Alex Vizgaitis for a 10-14 overall record and a 9-9 mark in first doubles matches... was named Empire 8 Player of the Week in October after defeating St. John Fisher in her matches and leading Nazareth to the 8-1 victory...
Scholastic: a graduate of Orchard Park High School, Tepas was a four-year member of the varsity tennis team and a two-year member of the varsity track and field team... received the Maroon Key MVP award in 2009 and the Hank Crosniak Award for sportsmanship, leadership, and citizenship... helped team win ECIC and Section Six titles in 2009... recognized for academic efforts by receiving Excellence in Trigonometry and Excellence in Pre-Calculus awards... also a member of National Honor Society.
