Psychology major with concentration in Inclusive Education... born 9/8/91...daughter of Joseph and Patricia Mash, Grand Island, N.Y... a returning senior, Mash has missed the past two cross country seasons and the 2012 track and field season due to injury... competed for the Golden Flyers' indoor team and was part of the 4 x 800-meter relay team that set a school record (9:39.39) at the ECAC Meet on 3/1/13... ran 5:56.38 in the mile for a 12th-place finish at the Empire 8 Conference meet on 1/26/13.
2010: was among the Golden Flyers' top runners in 2010... top performances included third place (16:26—4 km) at the Nazareth Invitational, 58th at the NYSCTC meet (19:58) and 97th (24:47—6 km) at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals... competed for the Golden Flyers' indoor track and field team... finished eighth in the 800-meter run at the NYSCTC Outdoor meet…
2009: placed 129th (25:28.6) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet, 24th (20:05) at the Empire 8 Championship meet and 48th (20:45.63) at the NYSCTC championships...
Scholastic: a graduate of Grand Island High School, Mash was a member of the tennis and track and field teams...earned several individual awards including first-team all-Niagara Frontier League honors, Most Improved, Sportsmanship Award, and Coaches’ Award. . . also received the Elmira College Key and Pride of the Island awards. . . a high honor roll student.
