daughter of Jeffrey and Mary Rose Cook, Waterloo, N.Y. . . returning for her third season, Cook started all 17 games for the Golden Flyers in 2009 and was the team's point leader with 62 on 41 goals and a team-high 21 assists. . . earned second-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors. . . also had 25 ground balls and 26 draw controls. . . had a career-high eight points on five goals and three assists in a 20-9 victory at Elmira 4/18/09. . . had five goals, two assists in wins over Rochester 3/6/09 and Wooster 3/28/09. . . also scored five times at Christopher Newport 3/17/09. . . 2008: rmade an immediate impact as a freshman as she started all 15 games and finished as the team’s second leading scorer with 32 points on 27 goals and five assists. . . scored five times to lead Nazareth to a 7-6 overtime win over Stevens 4/13/08. . . also scored four times in a win over Hartwick 4/12/08 and three times in a win over St. John Fisher 4/2/08. . . selected Empire 8 Conference Player of the Week for 4/14/08. . . Scholastic: a graduate of Waterloo High School, Cook was a member of the varsity lacrosse team for four seasons and also competed on the varsity basketball and soccer teams. . . Cook recorded her 100th goal in 2007 and helped basketball, soccer, and lacrosse teams to two league championships. . . Cook is a high honor roll student and a member of National Honor Society.
