CORTLAND, NY – The Nazareth women's volleyball team was back in action on Saturday, splitting a pair of matches to close out the Cortland tournament with a 2-2 record. The Golden Flyers fell 3-2 to Stockton (20-25, 25-18, 21-25, 25-14, 15-10) before coming back in four sets to down Lebanon Valley (24-26, 25-23, 27-25, 28-26).

Savannah Bothner was named to the All-Tournament team. She compiled 40 digs on Saturday, including 24 against Lebanon Valley.
Against Stockton, the Golden Flyers had three players with double-digit kills. Freshman
Madison Joseph put down a career-high 22 kills. Junior
Kelsey Milligan notched 18 kills, while
Melissa Newcomb contributed 11.
Delaney Martin also had seven kills and three blocks.
Jessica Barry dished out 46 assists in the loss, while
Celia Cordero had 19 digs.
Newcomb led the way with eight kills against Lebanon Valley and Milligan was also double digits with 11.
Barry (34 assists) and Cordero (10 assists) contributed 44 assists.
Nazareth returns to action next Friday at the Lycoming Invitational.
