ROCHESTER, NY – Playing its second game in as many days, the Nazareth men's soccer team came out on the losing end on Saturday, falling 3-0 to Buffalo State College.
Nazareth split the weekend after defeating Morrisville State 1-0 on Friday, now sitting with a 1-1 record. The Bengals hold an identical record after falling to RIT 1-0 yesterday.

Brian Wilkin came out to cut down the angle on a shot to keep the score at 0-0.
Later, in the 20
th minute, Wilkin made another stellar save, pushing aside a shot from 25-yards that was destined for the far post.
The Bengals broke through in the 28
th minute on a service and header that beat the charging out Wilkin to make it 1-0.
Nazareth generated its best chance of the half shortly after when a corner kick by
Alessio DeMichele was re-directed off a header form
Dylan Toscano wide of the far post.
Wilkin came up huge for the Golden Flyers late in the first half, stopping a penalty kick. The freshman netminder made a diving save on the initial shot before swatting the rebound out of bounds.
The Bengals led 1-0 at the break.
It didn't take long for the Bengals to score in the second stanza, as a strong individual effort by Brandon Galanti resulted in a goal.

Ben Garcia threaded a pass between two defenders in the 67
th minute to
Francesco Viavattene who sent a shot wide of the net.
The visitors added their final goal in the 74
th minute to close the scoring at 3-0.
Wilkin made a career-high nine saves in the loss.
Nazareth returns to action on Friday when it hosts D'Youville College at 5 p.m.
