Updated statsGENESEO, NY – The Nazareth College women's volleyball team traveled to Geneseo Wednesday night, falling in straight sets (20-25, 17-25, 20-25) to the Knights.
With the loss, Nazareth falls to 15-15 on the year, while Geneseo improves to 13-14.
It was the third meeting of the year between the two squads with Nazareth taking the previous two in straight sets.
Nazareth finished with a .062 attack percentage on the day after opening with a .128 after the first set.
Kelsey Milligan registered a team-high eight kills on a .438 attack percentage.
Maureen Thayer led the squad in assists (16) and digs (13).
Cady Messmer chipped in eight digs, to go along with seven kills.
Olivia Krick registered 12 digs of her own.
Nazareth returns to action on Saturday for a tri-match at Alfred University. The Golden Flyers will square off against the Saxons at 11 a.m. before taking on Utica at 1:30 p.m.
