Updated StatsROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Nazareth falls to the Ithaca Bombers 12-5 Saturday afternoon in women's lacrosse. The loss drop the Flyers to 4-7 overall and 1-2 in the conference. The victory lifts Ithaca to 7-4 overall and 3-0 in the conference.

Brooke Sullivan lead the Golden Flyers with two goals.
In the first half the Ithaca Bombers came out strong against the Golden Flyers scoring 10 goals and outshooting Nazareth 20-7. The Golden Flyers were able to sneak in two unanswered goals past Ithaca's Emily Ross before the half ended. Nazareth's first goal came when Gates fought through the Bomber defense to put Nazareth on the board. Within two minutes, Sullivan followed suit and added another goal for the Golden Flyers.
In the second half, Nazareth fought back and outscored Ithaca 3-2. Leading the way, Sullivan began the three goal scoring streak with just 16:07 left in the game. Within two minutes Charles scored an unassisted goal, giving Nazareth their fourth goal of the game. The last goal came when McNaboe was awarded with a free position shot with 11:52 to play. The Flyers' goals we unanswered.

The Golden Flyers are back in action Sunday, April 13th at 1p.m. at home against Utica.
