CLIFTON SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Nazareth continued its women's golf season over the weekend at the rain-shortened William Smith Invitational at Clifton Springs Country Club. Nazareth had just two competitors for Saturday's nine-hole competition, so the Golden Flyers didn't qualify for the team scoring.
Sophomore
Meaghan Porter shot 45 Saturday, then returned Sunday to shoot 91 to finish with a total score of 136 to finish in a tie for third place individually. She finished just three strokes behind LeMoyne's Emily Stickel, who took medalist honors.
Junior
Jennifer Lachell didn't compete Saturday, but tied for Sunday's low round with an 88. Sophomore
Anouluck Chanthabandith shot 94 Sunday. Senior
Alyssa Moffat also competed for the Golden Flyers and had 60 Saturday and 127 Sunday.
