CORTLAND, N.Y. -- Nazareth competed Saturday at the Martin & Wallace Invitational in Cortland and the Golden Flyers placed 10th in the 11-team field with a stroke total of 450. Sunday's second round was canceled due to inclement weather.

Sophomore Jamie Schmidt and freshman Jennifer Lachell each had rounds of 99 Saturday to finish in a tie for 39th place. Alyssa Moffat (118), Mindy Fowler (134) and Corey Lambert (141) also competed for the Golden Flyers.

Methodist won the team title with a score of 323. Ithaca was second with 335. Methodist's Kelsie Carralero shot 77 to claim medalist honors.
