Cross country earns academic honors

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Nazareth's women's cross country team is among the 153 Division III teams that have been honored for its academic achievement by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Nazareth's team, which finished third in the Empire 8 last fall, posted a collective grade-point average of 3.43 to gain All-Academic team recognition from the USTFCCCA.
For a team to be considered for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team award, they must have competed and compiled a team score at an NCAA Regional Meet. The team must also have a minimum 3.10 team cumulative grade point average.
