KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- Sophomore Kelly Kocher tossed her second career no-hitter Tuesday as Nazareth blanked Skidmore 2-0 in Florida. Nazareth lost its second game Tuesday, 9-0, to Hendrix College of Arkansas.

Nazareth is now 2-4 with two more games Thursday.

Kocher also had 16 strikeouts in the victory over the Thoroughbreds. Freshman Haley Wagner was 2 for 3 with a run batted in.

In the second game, Nazareth managed only four hits against Hendrix. Heather Irish had two hits, Kelley Horbal had one and Polly Muehlenkamp had one -- all singles. Hendrix scored four times in the third inning and five more times in the seventh off Nazareth's starter Casey Mathers.
