ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Visiting Hartwick won four of six singles matches and two of three doubles contests Saturday in a 6-3 Empire 8 Conference victory over Nazareth in men's tennis.
Nazareth earned singles points from sophomore
Adam Landry, who defeated Hartwick's Jeff Boyd 2-6, 7-6(4), 10-8, and junior
Alex Bodensieck, who won at third singles over Matt Whitty 6-3, 6-2.
Nazareth also gained a point at second doubles from the team of Bodensieck and
Alex Wilczak. Nazareth also dropped a close contest at first doubles with the team of Landry and Steve Trobert falling to Hartwick's Boyd and Marcello Navarro 9-8.
Nazareth visits RIT Tuesday.
