HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- Nazareth evened its overall record in women's tennis to 8-8 Friday as the Golden Flyers blanked Greenville, 9-0, in their final Spring Break match.

Nazareth won each match in convincing fashion with sophomore Sherrita Wilkins rallying from a first-set setback to win her match at sixth singles. Seniors $Rachel Leonard, Danielle Carinci and Jess Faber also won in singles competition along with junior Elizabeth Way and sophomore Kelly Noble.

In men's action, Nazareth lost 9-0 to Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Junior Steve Trobert lost 6-3, 6-4 at second singles in the closest match. He also teamed with Adam Landy for an 8-3 loss at first doubles.
