MINNEAPOLIS -- Junior Lauren McKinney finished in 25th place Thursday as she competed in the 100-yard butterfly at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota.

McKinney's time of :57.89 seconds was a bit slower than her seed time of :57.03. She will compete again Friday in the 200 fly.

Freshman Jaclyn Conklin also competed Thursday in the 100 butterfly and finished 35th with a time of :58.35, also slightly slower than her seed time of :57.31. Conklin also will swim Friday in the 200 fly and Saturday in the 100 freestyle.
