Nazareth closes season at W&J Tournament

TOURNAMENT STATSCANONSBURG, Pa. -- Nazareth closed out its men's golf season Monday as competitors in the Peter Rossin Memorial Tournament hosted by Washington & Jefferson College.
The Golden Flyers finished sixth in the team standings with a stroke total of 731. Huntingdon College won the tournament with a two-day score of 605 at Southpointe Golf Club.
Junior Josh Maxwell was Nazareth's top individual finisher in 27th place with rounds of 84 and 90 for a 174 total. Other Nazareth competitors were junior R.J. DeMonte in 34th place with rounds of 95 and 86 for a 181 total; freshman Ben Herrmann and sophomore Ted Hill, each tied for 37th place with 188 totals.
