HARRISONBURG, Va. -- Junior Chris DeHority combined 14 kills with six digs Friday as Nazareth defeated Villa Julie in four games at the North East Collegiate Volleyball Association's Western Division Crossover Tournament at Eastern Mennonite. Nazareth won the men's volleyball match by scores of 30-19, 30-32, 30-23, 30-19.

Ranked sixth nationally in Division III, Nazareth improved its overall record to 26-5 as three other players posted double digit kill totals -- Adam DiCicco (12), Kellen Gambeski (11) and Ryan Johnsen (10).

Junior setter Frank Leahy amassed 35 assists and Kevin Kirchhoff had 18. DiCicco also had five service aces.

The Golden Flyers play two more matches Saturday -- at 10 a.m. against Philadelphia Biblical and at 2 p.m. against Eastern Mennonite.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Frank Leahy, a junior setter, and Tom Maving, a senior outside hitter, have each been named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association's (AVCA) Division III All-American team. Leahy and Maving were each second-team All-American selections as they helped Nazareth to a 28-7 record.
