ITHACA, N.Y. --    Nazareth's men's and women's track and field teams opened their respective indoor seasons Saturday at the Cornell Relays. No team scoring was kept, but the Golden Flyers had some solid individual performances.

In the men's meet, junior Matt Case finished 14th in the 300-meter dash with a time of :36.32. Senior Robby Castor ran 15th in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:23.65. Freshman Dan Polinoalso was 16th in the triple jump with a leap of 12.10 meters (39 feet, 8 1/2 inches).

In the women's meet, freshman Michelle Gillette was 22nd in the 5,000-meter run (20:49.08). Senior Katie Adams competed in the shot put and the weight throw and finished 27th and 20th respectively.
