HANOVER, Ind. -- Junior
Caitlyn Parmelee was Nazareth's top finisher in the 6-kilometer race, finishing 63rd in 25 minutes, 5.88 seconds as Nazareth's women's cross country team competed a the Hanover College pre-National Meet. The event is a preview to the NCAA Division III Championship meet that will be held at the L.S. Ayres Athletic Complex next month.

Shannon Bradley in 75th (25:32); freshman
Kate Cufari in 78th (25:35); senior
Megan Goetz in 84th (25:44); sophomore
Samantha Hickok in 96th (26:06); senior
Lauren Glaser in 98th (26:11); and freshman
Michelle Gillette in 104th (26:19).
Nazareth finished in 12th place in the team standings with 341 points. MIT won the team title with 70 points. Marie Borner of Bethel won the women's race in 21:24.
In the men's meet, Nazareth graduate student Nick Stenuf finished in 11th place in the 8-kilometer race. He was timed in 25 minutes, 58 seconds to pace the Golden Flyers. He was followed to the finish line by senior Robby Castor in 68th place (27:11); sophomore Matt Morales in 135th (28:33.93); freshman Pete Fekete in 153rd (28:58.18); sophomore Paul Wheeler in 182nd (30:13.94); freshman Tim Rutan in 183rd (30:14.01); and freshman Nick Spera in 199th (30:49.83).
Allegheny won the meet with 62 points. Nazareth finished in 18th place out of 20 schools with 443. Bethel University's Dan Greeno took individual honors in 25:31.
