ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Nazareth will be hosting a women's volleyball tournament Friday and Saturday with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.

Action begins Friday at 4 p.m. with Nazareth taking on Brockport. Nazareth also hosts Springfield at 8 p.m. For the second match, a group called Athletes Against Cancer will be partnering with the men's and women's volleyball teams to raise funds. In addition to Brockport, Nazareth and Springfield, Ithaca and RIT also will be competing this weekend.

T-shirts will be sold and contests and raffles will be conducted with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.

Action resumes Saturday at 11 a.m. with the final matches scheduled for Saturday at 3 p.m.
