ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Alex Cole, senior midfielder on the Nazareth men's lacrosse team, was honored recently by the United Stats Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association as a scholar All-American. He was recognized for the honor at last month's All-American banquet in Boston.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Scott Castle, a sophomore midfielder on the Nazareth men's lacrosse team, has been recognized as an honorable mention All-American by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association. The teams will officially be announced at an awards reception Saturday evening in Boston.

Staring at a 6-6 overall record after a one-sided home-field loss to Stevens, Nazareth completed its full recovery Sunday by winning its fifth straight game, a convincing 9-4 triumph at St. John Fisher in the Empire 8 Conference championship game before nearly 2,000 fans at Growney Stadium.
