Rachel Spoonhower
Assistant Coach
Back for her second season as a part-time assistant coach, Webster native Rachel Spoonhower joined the Nazareth women’s lacrosse coaching in 2007 after a four-year playing career at Cornell University.
As a defender in 2006, Spoonhower helped the Big Red to a 12-4 record, a share of the Ivy League championship and a berth in the NCAA Division I Tournament.
Spoonhower played attack at Webster High School and was a three-time Monroe County League all-star and an All-American selection as a senior in 2002. She graduated from Cornell last spring with a degree in Biology and Society.
