HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- Nazareth's top three singles players each recorded victories Tuesday as the Golden Flyers won their first spring break match in women's tennis by defeating College of Wooster, 7-2. Nazareth's men's team also played and lost to Transylvania, Ky. 7-2.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Martie Staser, Nazareth's women's swimming coach, is eight months pregnant, but that couldn't keep her from accompanying her three qualifiers to this week's NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota.

HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- In men's tennis action Monday, Nazareth dropped a tough 7-2 decision to the University of Scranton. Freshman Ryan McCormick and senior Alex Bodensieck secured singles wins for Nazareth. The women's team also was scheduled to play Scranton, but the match was postponed due to travel delays.

KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- Sophomore #Kelly Kocher# yielded just four hits and had 15 strikeouts Sunday as Nazareth edged Montclair State, 3-2, in the first of two softball games at the Rebel Games in Florida. The Golden Flyers dropped the second game, 3-2, against Endicott.
